Natone Hill 2019

I was away again today but Bob took control and led the walkers around and about Natone Hill at Lindisfarne.

I understand that by the end of the walk some were experiencing slight dizziness. I'll let Ron explain below.

"Despite the conditions we decided to go with the schedule and walk on Natone Hill.

A quick glance at the map demonstrates without any doubt that Bob was the leader with a classic 3 loop walk. ( Rumor has it that as a child Bob didn't have a ruler hence no straight lines walks. Instead he played with his Spirograph and developed a liking for loops and circles).

Whilst on top of the hill we spent an interesting 10 minutes watching the Nystar ship,  tug and pilot safely negotiate the Tasman Bridge.  The hill provides an excellent viewing platform for this.

There were 6 walkers covering 7kms in a leisurely 3 hours."

Thanks to Bob for a good walk.
