Shoobridge Track - Junction Cabin - 21 Jul 2026

 We are walking today from Shoobridge Bend along the North-South Track to Junction Cabin and back to Shoobridge Bend via the Lenah Valley Track to The Springs then via the North-South Track to Shoobridge Bend.

 The forecast is for a mainly fine morning with rain early afternoon.

14 walkers covered 8.3 kms and climbed and descended 250 meters what turned out to be a pleasant walk with the rain starting to sprinkle when we returned to the cars.

Mt Direction - 14 Jul 2026

We are walking today from Risdon Brook car park to Mount Direction and return.

The forecast is for a cold but fine day with light winds. 

The group are preparing to leave the car park.

There were eight walkers who covered 7.25 km climbing and descending 390 meters over 3.5 hours.

All the walkers enjoyed the short sharp climb and return walk.
