The group has walked in this area a number of times with it's numerous well established tracks but today will take a slightly different route - upwards alongside the Lambert Rivulet till we do a short stint on Nelson Road and then follow the ridge line to the signal station for lunch. The decent back to Lambert Avenue will be on tracks mostly on the other side of the rivulet.
It didn't take much persuasion to get everyone to stop for morning tea which we had at a nice sunny spot where the Lambert Rivulet Track reaches Nelson Road.
We then continued to the Signal Station (the highest point on today's walk) where we had lunch
Then back down to our cars using some interesting tracks
Today 19 walkers covered 9kms and climbed approx 340 metres
