Our intrepid walkers at the car park having discussed whether we would walk or not and unanimously deciding "Why not it's only rain and maybe we could amend the walk so we won't be muddy".
Waiting for some to catch up.
A wet Little Grebe.
Looking up the Derwent with the Zinc works steaming in the cold weather and Mount Direction just visible.
As we pass under the Bridge.
Deciding weather to follow the cement footpath or venture off track.

Yachts moored in Montague Bay.
Another rainbow over the city.
While the politicians in Parliament House decided to go to another election Mother Nature landed the rainbow on the Domain maybe indicating a preference for a possible stadium.
More atmospheric clouds and river.
Looking out of Kangaroo Bay down the river towards a break in the rain.
After lunch in a shelter at Kangaroo Bay we start our return with another deviation from the main track.
The "RSV Nuyina" in port.
Close to the cars and the rain came back.
We had 12 walkers who cover 13 kms in 3.5 hours.
Even the weather did not dampen the walkers enthusiasm for the days exercise.
